Regular practice of yoga has a positive effect on mind and body over time, on all physical, psychological and spiritual aspects of a person. It also provides an immediate sense of well-being. It just feels better when the body moves smoothly and freely instead of tense and stiff, which is how it was originally intended.


I am an Advanced Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapy Teacher since 2007 and have followed my yoga education in India at Vidya Gurukul. I also attended classes at the Yoga Vedanta Center and followed a PowerYoga teacher training course. In addition, I have gained a lot of inspiration during yoga workshops in Ibiza, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. Yoga gives me a lot and enriches my life.
